Mandalay Wedding Escort Cards

Wedding Escort Cards are a fantastic alternative to having a table plan allowing you to decide who sits where at the last minute, even after all the place cards have been written. We have a named and numbered escort card available to match each of our stationery ranges.

Each guest has their own escort card to direct them to the numbered table or named table they will be seated at.

Each guests name is written on an envelope, and then there is a card inside which shows them which table number or name they will be seated at. Alternatively, you may choose to put couples names together on the envelope for a single card. All the guests' escort cards are then displayed together in a central location ( ie. a table ) at the entrance to the area where the wedding breakfast/ reception will be held.

You can then write your guests names on the front of the envelopes yourself or we are able to offer an exceptional calligraphy service where each guests' name is hand painted in your theme colour. All our calligraphers trained at the Roehampton Institute of Lettering, the foremost calligraphy school in Britain.

Names can be hand written in any colour ink and in either our modern, traditional, cursive or italic calligraphy style.

Escort card prices

85p per card for a numbered escort card with matching blank envelope.
75p per card for a named escort card with the table name left blank to be applied by you with matching blank envelope.
£1.45 per card for a named escort card with the table name applied in your design plus matching blank envelope.

All our escort cards come with matching envelopes.

Envelope colours available are metallic gold, metallic silver, pearlescent white, pearlescent ivory, textured white, textured cream, smooth white or smooth ivory.

Upon reaching the table, the guest will then have a place card or lottery envelope with their name on to direct them to their seat.

80p for first names only per escort card envelope.
£1.20 for first and last names per escort card envelope.
£1.45 for couples' names with the same surname on an escort card envelope.
£1.85 for couples' names with a different surname on an escort card envelope.
